Following 14 years of professional experience in corporate finance and transaction services, Robert founded Bianco Advisory in 2022 .

His career commenced upon the completion of his studies when he joined the Deal Advisory function of a Big Four firm in Malta  and held the title of Director prior to his departure in 2020. During this period, Robert accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience leading engagements for local and international clients cutting across various sectors and assisted clients in achieving their strategic objectives through the delivery of valuation, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and financing relating projects.

Whilst his experience spans across several sectors, he has developed a particularly in-depth expertise in Real Estate and Hospitality sector and iGaming sector, the latter sharpened following a two-year period as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Director of an iGaming company that formed part of a large multi-national based in Germany.
